The first fundamental solution for static case is subtracted from and added to the first fundamental solution for dynamic case. As both kernels have the same order of singularity, the integral involving the regular expression arising from the subtraction can be calculated. H matrix is calculated by employing the well-known rigid-body motion technique. The formulation is performed in Fourier transform space.
