The science fair as a possibility to enhance the process of teaching-learning in the area of nature and mathematics and the Agrotechnical School-Sumé-PB.

Este trabalho busca relatar um pouco das atividades desenvolvidas e os resultados obtidos na I Feira de Ciências na Escola Agrotecnica da E.M.E.F. Agrotécnica Deputado Evaldo Gonçalves de Queiroz, localizada na cidade de Sumé – PB. Este evento foi realizado a partir das atividades do subprojeto "Ciências da Natureza e Matemática", pertencente ao PIBID Diversidade, do curso de licenciatura em educação do campo da UFCG/CDSA. A atividade buscou atender a uma ideia de educação onde o aluno participa da construção do seu conhecimento. Com esse objetivo, convidamos 55 alunos das turmas do 8 e 9 ano do ensino fundamental, do turno da tarde, da escola, a construírem e apresentarem para escola e comunidade em geral, diversas produções científicas sob a orientação dos bolsistas do Pibid-CDSA. Esse evento buscou estimular nos alunos o interesse pela a ciência, colocando a teoria e a pratica lado à lado com experimentos desenvolvidos com materiais de baixo custo e de fácil acesso, despertando nos estudantes a curiosidade científica, estimulando-os a formular questões científicas baseadas na realidade cotidiana por eles vivenciada e despertando um maior interesse pela escola.Os temas apresentados foram sempre que possível, escolhidos de acordo com o conteúdo programático que os alunos estudaram ou iriam estudar em sala de aula durante o ano letivo de 2017, demonstrando na prática o que aprenderam em teoria. Depois da feira de ciências, realizamos uma pesquisa com alguns alunos que participaram ativamente do evento, que nos possibilitou perceber que eles compreendem a importância do evento e também do ensino a partir da experimentação, deixando a entender que essa metodologia deva ser melhor explorada pelos docentes da área.This work seeks to report a little on the activities developed and the results obtained from the 1st Science Fair at the Agrotechnic School of E.M.E.F. Agrotécnica Deputy Evaldo Gonçalves de Queiroz, located in the city of Sumé - PB. This event was carried out from the activities of the "Science of Nature and Mathematics" subproject, belonging to the PIBID Diversity, of the licentiate course in education of the UFCG / CDSA field. The activity sought to attend to an idea of education where the student participates in the construction of his knowledge. To this end, we invited 55 students from the 8th and 9th grades of elementary school, from the late shift of the school to build and present to the school and community in general, several scientific productions under the guidance of Pibid - CDSA fellows. This event aimed to stimulate students 'interest in science, putting theory and practice side by side with experiments developed with low-cost and easily accessible materials, arousing students' scientific curiosity, stimulating them to formulate scientific questions based on The themes presented were whenever possible, chosen according to the programmatic content that the students studied or would study in the classroom during the school year of 2017, demonstrating in practice the who have learned in theory. After the science fair, we conducted a survey with some students who participated actively in the event, which allowed us to understand that they understand the importance of the event and also teaching through experimentation, leaving to understand that this methodology should be better explored by teachers of the area
