Albizia lebbeck (L.) Benth. é popularmente conhecida no Brasil por coração de negro. Essa espécie é utilizada no tratamento de diversas doenças, despertando interesse devido à seus fitoquímicos. Este trabalho objetiva identificar a presença de metabólitos secundários presentes no extrato exsudato da A. lebbeck e avaliar suas atividades antimicrobiana e antioxidante. O extrato foi obtido a partir de um processo de extração por solventes orgânicos.
