The designs have been obtained using the A-optimal completely randomized designs and modified strongest treatment interchange algorithm. A catalog of efficient block designs has been prepared for m1 = 3, 4 and m2 = 2, b<=10 and k<= 9 and for m1 = 3,4 and m2 = 3, 4, b<=≤ 10 and k <= 10.Not Availabl
