The germination, seedling growth, biomass accumulation, seedling survivability, salinity scores, root and shoot anatomy, sodium ion (Na+ ), chloride ion (Cl- ) and potassium ion (K+ ) concentrations, proline and antioxidant activities were measured to evaluate the performance of all the genotypes.
