Paper drawn from research problem taken at IIFSR, Modipuram during three months attachment training.Women play a significant and crucial role in agriculture but it is unfortunate that they continue being invisible workers. Women work in agriculture and allied activities but cannot exercise any control over theactivities as well as the utilization of resources.
