A computer program has been developed to construct all Hadamard matrices up to order 1000 for which construction methods are known. Eight methods have been implemented to generate Hadamard matrices. The methods are implemented as a library so that it can be used by any other program. A front-end program is being developed in Visual Basic for the benefit of general users. Supersaturated designs satisfying some measures of goodness have been generated using resolvable orthogonal arrays of strength two and Hadamard matrices.
