Spontaneous hemopneumothorax case that presented to the emergency department in shock state

Spontan hemopnömotoraks, spontan pnömotorakslı hastalarda plevral boşluğa kanama sonucu oluşan hayatı tehdit edici nadir bir durumdur. Literatürde spontan pnömotorakslı vakalara sık karşılaşılmasına rağmen spontan hemopnömotoraks vakalarının sayısı azdır.
