Not AvailableA general method of construction of complete block designs partially balanced for neigbouring competition effects is suggested. Average variance of the best linear unbiased estimates of treatment contrasts pertaining to direct effects has been obtained. Efficiency of direct effects of treatments from these designs has been worked out in comparison to the block design balanced for neighbours. Efficiency of neighbor effects has also been obtained. A series of incomplete block designs partially balanced for neighbor effects has also been suggested.Not Availabl
