Abstract: Corporate University (CU) is proposed as a complement of Taditional Universities (TU) and as an improvement of Traditional Training Departments (TTD). It gives replys to specific matters and –also- to the limited executives' time. That is why corporate training cannot be developed in traditional places or ways anymore.
