Radon-222 is radioactive noble gas which is formed by the decay of Radium-226, which is the decay product of the Uranium-238. Radon-222 and its decay products have the negative effect on health, hence it becomes a major concern when the radon is presence in higher concentration in buildings with poor ventilation or with strong source.
