Master's thesis in Strategy and managementThe aim of this thesis is to investigate the level of employee’s job satisfaction and employee’s intention to leave their work with respect to 4Service offshore AS. In addition, this thesis tests the influence of demography (age, gender, relationship state and experience) on turnover intention. This thesis used Herzberg’s hygiene and motivator factor theory as a theoretical framework and email questionnaire was used as a primary source of data. The questionnaire was sent to all 176 employees and 85 employees responded accordingly.
