Providing a unified and coherent access to these large-scale multi-source data is a major challenge. The INEX-MED project aims at gathering and representing multidisciplinary , multi-source and multi-modal data (clinical, genetic, imaging) as a Knowledge Graph, in the domain of intracranial aneurysms and congenital myopathies.
