International audienceThe work that I will present focuses on the fabrication of non-perturbing E-field sensors based on the electro-optic effect. Lithium Niobate, combined with photonic crystals can increase considerably the material sensitivity to electric fields leading to ultra-compact devices. The target structure exhibits high sensitivity, THz bandwidth ans micrometric spatial resolution. In addition, since the sensor is only fabricated with dielectric materials, it does not perturb the electric field to be measured.
