International audienceThe study wanted to determine the relationship between organizational politics and job satisfaction of employees of Divine Word Colleges in Ilocos Region. The study used descriptive research design and aided by fact finding inquiry. The population of the study are the employees of the Divine Word Colleges in Ilocos region, Philippines and since the number of employees were limited, therefore, total enumeration method of sampling was used. Questionnaires were utilized to gather the data and weighted mean was used to determine the level of perception of employees of the existence of organizational politics and job satisfaction.
