Atouts et limites d’interventions éducatives en santé à la Réunion et à Mayotte

National audienceAny educational intervention leads to involve practices which are situated in the crossing of the social properties of the actors and the social properties of the contexts in which actions are. Here, we analyze what takes place during educational interventions in favour of the health of chronic sick persons. We take support on situations of learning proposed to chronic sick adults to La Réunion and in Mayotte. From the meditative data, the analysis is led by a triple point of view: didactic, organizational, institutional and social. The reflection allows to question the conditions of training of the actors in education in the health and in therapeutic education, by inviting in a consideration of these three dimensions.Toute intervention éducative conduit à mettre en jeu des pratiques qui sont situées au croisement des propriétés sociales des acteurs et des propriétés sociales des contextes dans lesquels les actions s’inscrivent. Ici, nous analysons ce qui se passe lors d’interventions éducatives en faveur de la santé de personnes malades chroniques. Nous prenons appui sur des situations d’apprentissage proposées à des adultes malades chroniques à La Réunion et à Mayotte. A partir des données recueillies, l’analyse est conduite d’un triple point de vue: didactique, organisationnel, institutionnel et social. La réflexion permet de questionner les conditions de formation des acteurs en éducation à la santé et en éducation thérapeutique, en invitant à une prise en compte de ces trois dimensions
