This paper analyses the results of the Institutional Education Project Management (PEI) carried out in Educational Institutions (IE) that make part of the educational coverage program in Medellín city. It presents the evaluation criteria used by these institutions to self-assess, update and review these projects. The Educational institutions have evidenced students who are involved in the educational coverage program, present aggressiveness and consumption and traffic of psychoactive substances, as also they scored low academic performance in internal and external tests.
