Background: Determinants are factors that influence individuals in utilizing health services. Utilization of health services is the utilization of health services by the community. National Health Insurance (JKN) with the Health Insurance Provider Body (BPJS Health) program has the task of organizing national health insurance for all Indonesians. One of the services is dental health, in this case dental care.
