Anchovy Engraulis encrasicolus is one of the marine resources that incredibly abundance in Indonesian waters, particularly in Southeast Province. Fish oil or Omega-3 (n-3 PUFA) in anchovy fish has essential roles for the protection of degenerative diseases.
