The topic of research is, Leadership and Accountability, Integrity: An African Perspective. The purpose of this paper is to gain insights into perceptions of African societies. In the practice of leadership, accountability and integrity are considered essential values for harmonious community living in traditional and modern African context. Rapid Critical Appraisal (RCA) was used for gathering of raw data as well as document analysis. The data collected was analyzed by coding, categorization, interpretation, and editing. The major finding of the study reveals that there exists a relationship between leadership, accountability, and integrity.
