This working paper presents a 2000 Financial Social Accounting Matrix (FSAM) for Colombia. The matrix has an activitiescommodities structure, characterized by 59 sectors and goods, three production factors, one household aggregation, one public sector and a detailed financial sector. The financial accounts included in the FSAM are based on the monetary aggregates produced by the Central Bank while the real accounts are based on the information produced by the Department of National Statistics.financial social accounting matrix
