Capital cities in CEECs are changing rapidly. Their capacity to join the network of European business metropolises is evaluated here on the basis of their relative specialization in high-order services and their connections with the rest of the world. The comparative analysis covers Bucharest, Budapest, Prague, Sofia and Warsaw. / Les villes capitales des PECO changent rapidement.
