Abstract. We define an equivalence relation on skew diagrams such that two skew diagrams are equivalent if and only if they give rise to equal skew Schur functions. Then we derive some necessary and sufficient conditions for equivalence. Résumé. Nous étudions quand deux fonctions de skew Schur sont égales.
