Fuzzy clustering algorithms are widely used in many fields, more and more research results have been developed in literatures. Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) algorithm is one of the most popular objective function based algorithms. However, FCM algorithm has many assumptions for the dataset. This report discusses several improved objective function based fuzzy clustering algorithms, which have less assumptions for the dataset.
