include a workshop and a seminar held in the English language. For the seminar, the graduate computer science students have to provide both, a Powerpoint presentation of their chosen topic and a paper, written in the style of a technical conference contribution. This technical report features the results of the first two seminars held in the summer semester 2004 and the winter semester 2004/2005. Each contributed paper was peer-reviewed by at least two seminar participants and was modified by the authors prior to publication in this report according to the hints of the reviewers and the seminar chair.
