A method to derive Maxwell’s fields form Gauss ’ law and the Lorentz force law is presented. Additionally we assume retardation of electric interactions and that the electric field is independent of the time derivatives of the fieldsource acceleration. Keywords: Maxwell’s fields, Gauss ’ law, force transformatio
