Abstract: In human brain modelling it is very important to understand the all of process that involve the neuron activity, because the real neuron activity is much different towards artificial neuron activity. In this sense, the simulation environment offers some consideration about real activity of neuron. The human brain modelling in simulation environment takes into consideration the every mechanism that evolves within and among neurons. These mechanisms imply the interactions between neurons, the interactions of electrical and chemical signals that pass to neurons, the activation and extra cellular potential of neurons and so on.
