This report describes connection semantics for the emerging MIMIC Hardware Description Language (MHDL). The constructs and functional representations within this language have implications for operation of an underlying analog simulator used for simulating the design descriptions. Thus the semantics provide guidelines on interpreting various language model constructs and interconnections from the simulation standpoint. It is assumed that the program has the ability to carry out the desired operations and analyses implied in the models and their interconnection as permitted by MHDL.
