For the design of natural language interface systems, a number of models and theories have been developed as well as language processing systems. We propose a model of dialogue systems by a first-order logical formalization based on meta logics. This model captures various concepts of dialogue systems: the concepts of software systems talking about such as time, actions, conditional and causality, the concepts of mental attitudes including speech act.
