Biological data description is an essential stage after the result acquisition by biologists during their experiments. This phase must be done with a maximum consistency and standardization between biologists and biological databases and their staffs, in order to take advantage of data in these data structures.We developed a methodology of achieving a semi-automatic biological sequence annotation which respects usual steps of software engineering (conception, specifications, programming and validation protocol).
