This study aims to analyze the effect of village fund allocations on poverty in Probolinggo District and to determine the amount of transfers received by the Regency Government. The analytical tool used is panel data linear regression. The results of the panel data regression analysis with the chosen model are fixed effects showing that the Probolinggo District village fund allocation has a significant negative effect on poverty. This conclusion is based on the results of testing using panel data linear regression analysis which gives a negative regression coefficient for the Village Fund Allocation X variable of -9.7473506.
