PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BARANG DAGANG BERAS PADA TOKO DI WILAYAH RW 03 KELURAHAN KEDUNGKANDANG KOTA MALANG

The purpose of this study was to determine the economic order quantity of rice made at each store using the eqonomic order quantity method which aims to minimize storage costs and ordering costs. The place of this research was conducted in all rice supply stores in RW 03, Kedungkandang Urban District, Malang. Data obtained from all stores are data on demand for rice for three months, data on ordering rice costs, rice storage data, lead time. The results of the study revealed that by using the method of equality order quantity and reorder point obtained an optimal order quantity that can minimize ordering costs and storage costs for rice and sugar products and reorder points when supplies have reached a certain point that has been calculated
