PENGARUH SIKAP DAN MOTIVASITERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA MAHASISWA S1 FAKULTAS EKONOMI & BISNIS UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH KOTA MALANG

This study aims to describe the attitudes, motivations and interests of entrepreneurship and determine the influence of attitudes and motivations on entrepreneurial interest in S1 Management majoring students at the University of Muhammaddiyah Malang in 2017 and there are only 5 classes. The analytical tool used is the scale range and Multiple Linear regression. F test results on attitudes and motivation on entrepreneurial interest simultaneously affect the results of the coefficient of determination of entrepreneurial attitudes and motivation of 47.9% while the rest are influenced by other variables not in this study. The results of the analysis of the dominant test of the influence of attitude and motivation on entrepreneurial interest can be found that motivation has the strongest influence on entrepreneurial interest compared to attitude, which is 0.652
