FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRODUKSI GULA DI PG GEMPOLKREP MOJOKERTO

Sugar productivity at PG Gempolkrep has declined. The occurrence of these many factors that influence both from the plantation level to the factory level. PG Gempolkrep almost experienced a milling cover in the middle of the milling. So with these conditions the purpose of this study is to: (1) Know the elasticity of sugar production in PG Gempolkrep and (2) Know the level of sugar production efficiency at PG Gempolkrep. This research was conducted at the Gempolkrep Mojokerto Sugar Factory. The type of data used in this study is secondary data and analytical methods using descriptive analysis and analysis of the Cobb-Douglas production function. The dependent variable in this study is sugar production. The independent variables are sugarcane weight, yield, seasonal labor, average operating machinery and supporting materials. The results of the analysis of the factors that influence the production of gual in PG Gempolkrep are sugarcane weight, yield, average of operating machines and supporting materials. The elasticity of sugarcane weights is 0.055 percent. The yield has an elasticity value of 698,348 percent. The average elasticity value of the machine operates at 81.455 percent. The elasticity value of supporting materials is 0.004 percent. While the results of the analysis of the level of production efficiency are less than one, it can be interpreted that it has not yet reached the level of efficiency
