ANALISIS PERMINTAAN BERAS DI INDONESIA

In general, Indonesian staple food is rice because rice is the main source of calories and proteins both in rural and urban areas. Commodity of food crops that have an important position in agricultural development is rice. This commodity becomes very important because the rice in the short term is difficult to be closed with other commodities. Food consumption required physical and economic accessibility to food. The purpose of this research is to analyse consumption developments, demand in Indonesia and the factors affecting the demand of rice in Indonesia. This method of research uses quantitative descriptive using the data skunder. The method of analysis used is to use trend analysis and multiple linear regression to determine the factors of rice demand. The results of this research show the ups and downs of rice demand from year to year averages 0.512% of rice growth and the results of the variable population gained a T-count of 3.612 then from the variable rice price to T-Calculate the amount of-3.402
