Audit Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Gresik

This research aims to describe the implementation of human resource management audits and evaluate HR management audits to improve employees ' performance in the Gresik Regency office. It is a qualitative descriptive study with a case study approach. Using the method of collecting interviews and documentation data. The data analysis technique used is qualitative by describing the implementation of HR management audits which are then evaluated using employee performance indicators. Based on the results of the research conducted it can be noted that the activities of HR functions include planning, recruitment, selection, orientation, and placement, as well as training and development, has not been effective and efficient, resulting in performance Employees cannot be increased. Because the size of employee performance can be assessed from seven indicators and four of them are assessed very less and affect the implementation of HR functions
