PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON FISIK TERHADAP KINERJA PADA MITRA GRAB INDONESIA KOTA MALANG

This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of Work Discipline and Non-Physical Work Environment on the performance of the Mittra Grab area of Malang. The data used are primary and secondary data. The sample of this study was Grab partners who had a minimum working period of 12 months totaling 128 respondents with sampling using purposive random sampling. Instrument testing is done by validity and reliability testing. The analytical tool used is a range of scales, a classic assumption test and, multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. The results of the analysis of the scale now indicate sufficient work discipline, good non-physical work environment and good performance. The results of multiple linear regression analysis states that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance, work discipline and non-physical work environment together influence on performance. Suggestion for companies is to provide education related to the risk of violations in poor area grab partners
