Centrifugal pumps are included in the type of dynamic pressure pump, where the working principle of this type of pump has an impeller that serves to lift the fluid from a low place to a higher place or from a lower pressure to a higher pressure. To be more effective and efficient in the production process, fluid machines, namely centrifugal pumps, are designed to supply clean water for consumers of PDAM with a capacity of 50 liters / second. Based on the results of planning the type of pump to be redesigned is a one-level centrifugal pump, with an open radial impeller type, a 50 m pump head, a pump power of 75 Kw. The plan is calculated as a whole, including the calculation of pump head, number of levels, impeller, supporting elements, efficiency, and pump characteristics. The pump is driven by an AC electric motor, with a voltage of 380 Volts, the rotation / frequency of the motor is + 3000 rpm / 50 Hz. Thus the process at the production unit will take place continuously, where the resulting clean water can be flowed to the community in accordance with the pump specifications
