PERAN ALOKASI DANA DESA (ADD) DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DIDESA GIRIMOYO KECAMATAN KARANG PLOSO KABUPATEN MALANG

This study aims to analyze the form of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) towards community empowerment in terms of the role and use of ADD. In addition, analyzing the inhibiting factors and supporting use of ADD in Girimoyo Village. The survey was conducted on 93 residents of Girimoyo Village with Slovin technique from a total population of 6486 inhabitants. Data collected using questionnaire technique with purposive sampling method, interview technique, and then tested by statistical descriptive test, validity test, and reliability test using SPSS 20.0 software. Based on the results of the analysis, the presence of ADD in Girimoyo Village had a good influence on the empowerment of the community. The many village government programs have a significant effect on the welfare of the Girimoyo Village community. In this study there are still obstacles in the use of ADD, such as the low quality of managers. However, there are supporting factors, namely the enthusiasm of the community to implement the ADD program
