RELIGIUSITAS DAN PERILAKU BERPACARAN REMAJA AKHIR (STUDI PADA MAHASISWA DI PERGURUAN TINGGI ISLAM DI MALANG)

Dating has become commonplace and understandable by teenagers today. With a variety of reasons to make them date while still a teenager. Not a few of them eventually tasted even dissolved in intimate sexual behaviors. The problem of sex in late adolescents often worries parents, educators and the public. This study aims to obtain an overview of the religiosity of late adolescents in Islamic tertiary institutions, an exploration of the factors underlying the behavior of late adolescent dating behavior in Islamic tertiary institutions, as well as to identify the styles of late adolescent dating in Islamic tertiary institutions. This research was conducted in Malang, East Java. The approach used is qualitative, with the type of case study research. From the results of the study it was found that religious rituals as well as knowledge and understanding of one's religion were initially seen as able to stabilize behavior and present a moral framework so that one could compare their behavior, in fact it had not been realized by the late adolescents who were informants in this study. The style of dating is in fact not significantly influenced by the rituals performed and the knowledge and understanding of religion. The thing that can control a person not to do deviant behavior is his commitment to obedience to God and fear of sin.
