STUDI KASUS MENGENAI PENGALAMAN KLIEN OBESITAS YANG MENGKONSUMSI NASI MERAH (ORYZA LONGIMINASTA) DAN NASI JAGUNG (ZEA MAYS L)

Indonesian people tend to like fast food, foods high in fat and calories. One of the causes of excess weight is to consume too many calories so that it can cause weight gain. The purpose of this research is to find out the experience of clients with obesity who consume brown rice and rice corn against weight loss. This study uses descriptive research with a CSR approach (Case Study Research) on 2 participants who consumed brown rice and 2 participants who consumed corn rice. The results of the study based on observational data and interviews found that according to participants consumption of brown rice and corn rice played a role in weight loss. According to participants by consuming brown rice or corn rice regularly will have a positive impact for people who want to lose weight and can stabilize cholesterol and blood sugar
