The progress towards the road safety objectives for road traffic in 2020 is monitored through annual reports. This report is the fifth annual follow-up. The report describes and analyses road safety trends in 2012. As in previous years, the results are analysed on the basis of the number of fatalities and injured and a number of designated indicators. The report will form the basis for the 2013 results conference in Stockholm on 24 April. The report was produced by an analysis group consisting of analysts from the Swedis
