Abstract- The objectives of this research are to determine the correlation of social networks with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and the rate of user satisfaction and loyalty in social networks, An Investigation concerning the effects of Information Technology (IT) in this field will lead to development in services that all social networks prepare for users and eventually cause to enhance rate of user friendliness in social networks.
