Background: Low back pain is one of the most prevalent condition. According to the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons about 80 percent of people will have at least one bout with back pain during their lifetime. Various treatments methods have been used like traction SLR, posterior to anterior mobilization etc, but no study was done to compare the effects of posterior to anterior mobilization and traction SLR technique in reducing pain and increasing neurodynamic mobility in patients of low back pain.
