Despite electroweak baryogenesis being a promising and testable explanation of the matter-antimatter asymmetry, it relies on difficult computations of bubble wall velocities during the electroweak phase transition. In this thesis, I determine the wall velocity during a two-step electroweak phase transition that is first-order due to a massive scalar singlet field. I first review the theory of electroweak baryogenesis and what conditions must be met for a model to be a viable explanation. Then I present the scalar singlet model and derive its one-loop effective potential. I introduce a vector-like top partner which allows for new CP violations.
