The purpose of this study is to examine the antecedents and outcomes of employees‟ attitude towards Corporate Social Responsibility in a Private University. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has been widely studied in the literature where many of theories focused on CSR effect on individual and organisational outcomes.
