Cancer chemotherapy drugs are not specific on their metabolic pathways to the cancer cell. Therefore, there is a need to overcome this disadvantages by applying targeted drug delivery using composite nanoparticles. Similarly, tamoxifen citrate (TAM) also suffer from this disadvantages.
