The influence of complexforming substances and pH of the solution on functions of sorbtion-fotometric sensors which are selective to ions of heavy metals was investigated. It was revealed that in using these sensors in analysis of food-stuffs close resemblance of the colibration solution composition to the testing one must be taken into account
