Descolonización del hacer investigativo para la Regeneración Social Venezolana

The present article of reflection, seeks to make a hermenéusis from the critical - systemic perspective on the investigative doing with the purpose of proposing a Venezuelan social regeneration from the decolonial vision. The traditional philosophical perspective of doing science and research in the university educational environments, preserves procedures, approaches and dynamics that need to be transcended in order to contribute to the aforementioned refounding, in which epistemological, axiological, methodological and teleological foundations are needed of our experiential scientific making, in correspondence with the particularities of our culture, the needs that afflict us and the ecosystemic context of the territory where we live, in perspective with the situation of the planet and humanity as a whole, that is, we need our own epochal language . The systematic - systemic criticism, based on research - collaborative action as a consolidated and universally accepted method, has its historical - scientific root in the method practiced by Karl Marx and Frederick Engels throughout his magnanimous work. Marx (1962: 53-54) explains his methodology by structuring it in three (03) fundamental dimensions in which he first decomposes the problémic reality studied in separate perspectives to analyze them critically and deeply. Then he recomposed them and presented them in the interconnected whole where they were addressed, to later illuminate the relations between the perspectives and the parts of that whole, stripping it, shredding it, understanding it, explaining it, so that it can be overcome. El presente artículo de reflexión, busca hacer una hermenéusis desde la perspectiva crítica – sistémica sobre el hacer investigativo con el propósito de plantear una regeneración social venezolana desde la visión decoloniar. La perspectiva filosófica tradicional de hacer ciencia e investigación en los ámbitos educativos universitarios, conserva procedimientos, enfoques y dinámicas que requieren ser trascendidos para poder aportar a la referida refundación patria, en la que son necesarios fundamentos epistemológicos, axiológicos, metodológicos y teleológicos propios, devenidos de nuestro hacer científico vivencial, en correspondencia con las particularidades de nuestra cultura, las necesidades que nos aquejen y el contexto ecosistémico del territorio donde vivimos, en perspectiva con la situación del planeta y la humanidad como totalidad, es decir, necesitamos nuestro propio lenguaje epocal. La metódica crítica – sistémica, partiendo de la investigación – acción colaborativa como método consolidado y aceptado universalmente, tiene su raíz histórica – científica en el método practicado por Carlos Marx y Federico Engels a lo largo de su magnánima obra. Marx (1962:53-54) explicita su metodología estructurándola en tres (03) dimensiones fundamentales en las cuales primero descompone la realidad problémica estudiada en perspectivas separadas para analizarlas crítica y profundamente. Luego las recomprende y presenta en el todo interconectado donde fueron abordadas, para posteriormente iluminar las relaciones entre las perspectivas y las partes de ese todo, desnudándolo, desmenuzándolo, comprendiéndolo, explicitándolo, para que pueda ser superado
