The objective of this article was to determinate the relationship between consumer attitude and brand loyalty in the pharmaceutical industry del municipio autónomo de Maracaibo. It was based on the theoretical postulates de Arellano (2010), Nicolás (2010), among others. The research was correlational, and the design was non-experimental correlational, transactional and field.
